Romans 12:12

Up and Down AGAIN in the McAllister World

It’s up and down time again in the McAllister world. Fulton had another relapse. His temperature skyrocketed up to 103. His blood pressure was high and he was sweating profusely. The nurses worked diligently to help stabilize him. It was extremely difficult for all of us. I wasn’t sure he was going to make it through the day. The doctors hope to be able to pull the tube out of Fulton’s chest but there is still infection in the lining of his lungs. They are telling us he has both pneumonia and is septic.

This whole time has been a real struggle for my family and me, as we fight against this vicious bacteria. It is really difficult to see him in this situation. Please pray there will be a real breakthrough and Fulton will be healed. It’s at times like this, all we can do is to hang on and believe in God no matter. I’m pleading with you again because your prayers are so powerful. I don’t know what I would do without you.

I am reminded of the verse in Romans 12:12, “Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.” God bless you. I’ll keep you posted.

Your Friend,
Dawson

  10. “Don’t know what I would do without you. ” I have said the same thing about you several times through the years. It’s a privilege to pray for your family. May you sense the Lord’s presence/touch in a new and fresh way. May Fulton’s discomfort be relieved. Many are holding you up. The enemy is already defeated. I was reminded just yesterday that beyond the clouds (our circumstances), the sun (Son), is still shining (on the throne). Thank you for keeping us posted.

  11. Sending prayers, love, and encouragement to you & Fulton as you continue the health battle. I pray that you and the doctors are guided to the right treatment and that Fulton is able to make a full and speedy recovery. I’ve also heard about the treatment Karen Slaten mentioned in her comment – it’s certainly worth looking into!
Here’s another article referencing the same treatment: https://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2017/04/05/vitamin-c-b1-hydrocortisone-reduce-sepsis-mortality.aspx

  12. Dear God, I agree with the prayers of our brothers and sisters in this difficult time for Fulton and his family! I praise you for your love for this family and ask that you place your healing hands on Fulton to draw out the bacteria from his lungs, so he can be restored to health. Ease his suffering, benefiting from your peaceful presence. Draw them close together as a family, giving them ther strength and faith to endure all things. I come against Satan and his deceit that so easily snares our minds during excruciating difficulties, in the name of JESUS. In thier weakness show them your power and glory! Cause a miracle of your goodness and love, over Fulton’s body today! In Jesus name AMEN

  13. I’m so sorry I missed this till now! Praying that things are going better for Fulton and that you, as his family, have been given the peace that passes understanding in all this.
