“His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.”

God’s Favor is for Life

Here’s a word from Dawson…

“His anger is but for a moment,” the Bible says. Maybe you’ve been sensing God’s anger, because of things you have done. I know I have, from time to time. “But His favor is for life.” Isn’t that what you want, life full of His favor?

Priceless!

“Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.”

Maybe you’ve been crying yourself to sleep lately, just weeping away in the night, from broken relationships, from addictions, whatever it may be you’re going through.

“Weeping may endure for a night.”

Maybe you’ve lost a loved one, a friend, who died of cancer or whatever it may be.

“Weeping may endure for a night.”

When you think in the middle of the night, this will never end; I’ll be crying my eyes out the rest of my life, but joy comes in the morning.

So, we’re looking for some joy mornings coming up here. I want you to have the joy in the morning, nothing quite like it!

“His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.” (Psalm 30:5)

Let’s watch for that joy!
