Colossians 1:11

Fulton’s Off the Ventilator

Good news on the Fulton front! He is miraculously getting well. A week ago, he was very, very sick. One afternoon, his heart rate was twice what it should have been. He was also struggling with rapid, shallow breathing. The doctors had to put him on a ventilator because he was not able to breathe on his own. It was very scary. But yesterday, they took him off the ventilator. His heart rate is under control, and his pneumonia is subsiding. They hope to move him out of ICU very soon, possibly tomorrow.

Fulton has suffered a lot these last couple of weeks, more than most of us will ever have to. Yet, he is determined to fight on! He knows God still has a work for him to do. As the Apostle Paul wrote, “Being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience.” (Colossians 1:11)

There’s no question in my mind Fulton has been delivered from the grips of death and will come back stronger than ever. Please keep praying for him. He’s not quite out of the woods yet, but he’s getting there. Thank you for helping save my son!
